How do I place an order?
To place an order, you need to click the โmake an orderโ button under the product description and fill in the contact form. We will contact you and advise you. Alternatively you can ring the number provided at the top of the website.
How long does it take to make?
There are two types of doors - one with a fast production time - up to 14 days, the other type is long production. It takes from 14 days to as long as it takes according to the door type.
Do you perform delivery and installation?
Yes, you have the option to order the door with an additional delivery or installation service. Upon delivery of the product(s), our technicians will handle the installation of the door(s).
How can I pay?
Payment for the product is made after the order is completed and the product is delivered or collected from the agreed location. If you buy a door from our partners or distributor shops, in the respective ones payment is made according to the regulated rules of the respective merchant.
Can I return the order?
You have the right to return the order if you are not satisfied or if there are defects or inaccuracies in the product you have the right to return within 30 calendar days of receipt of the product.
